2. Planning
At the end of disco call, we usually have an insight if we are good fit. If yes, I will create a personalized proposal and campaign plan for our commitment based on the package you choose.
3. Execution
Before we execute anything, we make sure both parties agree on the proposal and campaign plan. We start the execution as soon as the first payment is made.

We do multi channel outreach as well including LinkedIn. It depends on your needs, TAM size and budget for this project.
We have both offers. If you want to own the tech stack and pay for it, we allow you to do that and doesn’t affect quality of work delivered.
If you do not want to be overwhelmed with infra, clay, sequencer, AI api costs, we can handle that for you.
Yes! Any clay workflows we create for you, you can use them and we can share them with you.
Approximately 4 weeks – First month is for infrastructure setup, campaign ideation, clay workflows creation and copy iteration.
Once the infrastructure is warmed up (meaning ready to start sending emails), we will start sending emails out. This process usually takes 30 days.
We can not predict the future. There are a bunch of uncontrollable variables involved in running cold email motion – including product-market fit, message-market fit, email deliverability, offer/product/service.
But we guarantee if after 3 months you do not generate any leads, we continue to work for free on pay-per-lead basis.
As soon as our commitment starts, we will send you a questionnaire (takes 15 min) to understand your ICP and offer better. We find accounts and prospect lists and filter them down to criteria you set. We create buyer personas and get them approved first before working on campaign strategy.
