All payments for Sales Unicorn LLC services are due on the first day of each month prior to the commencement of work for that billing period. This advance payment structure ensures uninterrupted service delivery and allows our team to allocate appropriate resources to your campaigns.

Refund Eligibility and Terms

1. Pre-Work Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your service before we have begun work on your campaign or project, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made for services not yet rendered.

2. Early Cancellation (Within First 7 Days)

If work has commenced on your project and you choose to cancel within the first seven (7) calendar days of the service period:

  • You may cancel your service with written notice
  • Sales Unicorn LLC reserves the right to retain 20% of the first month’s payment to cover time and resources already invested in campaign setup, research, and initial execution
  • The remaining 80% will be refunded to you

3. Cancellation After 7 Days (First Month)

Once seven (7) calendar days have passed from the start of your service period, no refunds will be provided for the current month’s payment. However, you may choose to discontinue services at the end of the current billing period without obligation to pay subsequent monthly fees.

4. Monthly Service Discontinuation

After completing your first full month of service, you may discontinue at any time without penalty. You will not be charged for subsequent months, though no refund will be provided for the completed service period.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: sarmad@sales-unicorn.com

Your refund request should include:

  • Account/company name
  • Service start date
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Preferred refund method

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of written request approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.Important Notes

  • All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to sarmad@sales-unicorn.com
  • Verbal cancellation requests will not be processed
  • Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy and your signed service agreement
  • This policy applies to all services provided by Sales Unicorn LLC
